CONTRACT TYPE: PERMANENT | FULL-TIME (40 HOURS PER WEEK)

LOCATION: OBSERVATORY, CAPE TOWN + PARTNER SCHOOLS

REMUNERATION WILL BE ALIGNED WITH COMMON GOOD’S REMUNERATION FRAMEWORK AND OFFERED AT A LEVEL COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE.

Common Good is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to support our Collaboration Schools network.

This role is uniquely positioned at the heart of our work in partner schools, working alongside school leadership teams to ensure that HR systems, processes, and people practices enable schools to function effectively and thrive.

This is not just an office-based HR role. It is an opportunity to work within and alongside partner schools, supporting the people systems that underpin quality education.
