The Role: Columba
Leadership is looking to appoint experienced and passionate Faculty in Cape
Town, Western Cape. The role is to lead a learning process for principals,
educators, and learners, and to facilitate concepts and principles in line with
the Columba Programme elicitation model, using both verbal and non-verbal
techniques appropriate for participants' development. We require an experienced Facilitator for
both in-person (residential academies or school-based sessions) and online
activities.

Purpose |
The core purpose of the
Leadership Academy Programme is to activate the inherent potential of young
people in disadvantaged communities.
The Leadership Academy aims to support young people to look beyond
these circumstances and seize hold of their own capacity to make a positive
difference in their own lives and in their schools and communities |
