Purpose:
|
The Programme Coordinator acts as a technical leader
and relationship manager, ensuring smooth coordination between Higher Health, UNAIDS partners,
government stakeholders, and institutions of higher learning. The role provides strategic
oversight, technical guidance, and stakeholder engagement to drive the successful rollout of
services across campuses. In addition, the Coordinator oversees project implementation and
supervises staff on the ground, ensuring daily operational efficiency, including the functionality
of vending machines and timely submission of reports. The position also requires strict adherence
to Department of Health (DOH) HTS guidelines, including Quality Improvement and Compliance (QIC)
processes, thereby safeguarding service quality and accountability across all programmatic
activities.
