Job Purpose
The Programme Technical Manager will provide technical and strategic leadership of all technical and programmatic aspects of the project. S/he reports to the Site Project Director and closely collaborates with other programmatic staff to ensure that program objectives are met and that all activities are responsive to the needs of the South African government and intended beneficiaries.
